• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• Operating hours may change during public holidays or special event days without prior notice.
• Entrance is only possible with a valid identification card or passport.
• A refundable deposit of AED 25 per guest will be collected for the Access Card at the Ski Dubai admissions counter.
• Children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
• Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above).
• All customers must sign a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form at the counter from Dubai Municipality.
