• Preferred Time Slots: Prime time slots typically include visits between 15:00 (3:00 PM) and 19:00 (7:00 PM).
• Dubai Fountain Viewing: During prime hours, visitors have the opportunity to witness the Dubai Fountain show, which starts around 6:00 PM and occurs every 30 minutes until 11:00 PM. This synchronized water and light show complements the visit.
• Optimal Daylight: Prime hours offer the best natural daylight conditions, which are ideal for taking clear and vivid photographs of Dubai's skyline and attractions.
• Sunset Magic: Prime hours at Burj Khalifa offer a unique opportunity to witness the mesmerizing sunset, creating the perfect backdrop for capturing stunning photographs of Dubai's skyline and attractions as the day transitions into night.

Non Prime Time:

• Time Slots: Non-prime time slots include visits from 08:00 AM to 15:00 (3:00 PM) and from 19:00 (7:00 PM) to 23:30 (11:30 PM).
• City Lights: Non-prime hours provide a unique opportunity to see the city lights of Dubai, which can be just as impressive as the views during daylight.

Note: To collect your tickets and enter any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions, please visit the main counter At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). Only then can you proceed to the respective attraction where you will need to present your printed ticket along with a booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can occur during peak season.

Important: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free. No-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. During severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed to ensure your safety. No refunds will be offered in case of inclement weather.

Important Information:

• Customers shall approach the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. After that, customers can proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket along with their booking confirmation.
• Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Tips for a Smooth Experience:

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to ticket time for queues to the elevator.

Restrictions:

• Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
