• For those with Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, it's recommended to visit the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience.
• For the Aquaventure Super Pass, redeem tickets at Aquaventure first for access to both areas. Keep the wristband to gain entry to Lost Chambers if visiting the Aquarium later.
• With this ticket, you can walk straight up to the entrance lanes:
  • For Aquaventure Day Pass: Entrance at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza.
  • For Aquaventure Super Pass: Entrance at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, and entrance to the aquarium at The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
  • For The Lost Chambers Aquarium: The entrance for the aquarium will be at The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
• Redemption of the voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed.
• Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark.

Tips for a Smooth Experience:

• Bring this booking confirmation with you on the day of the visit, printed or on your phone.
• For additional add-ons such as towels, lockers, or meal deals, purchase them once inside Aquaventure at any Guest Services kiosk.
• In high seasons, queues may be long. AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or guest service kiosk inside the park, depending on availability.
• Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm. Plan your day accordingly to enjoy all attractions.

Restrictions:

• Select an adult ticket if you are 120 cm or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
• Children aged 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions.
• Appropriate swimwear is required. Thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark. Aquaventure reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
